DESCRIPTION:Spencer Tedford was part of the Merrill’s Marauders when he was enlisted in the Military.  Now that Legislation has been passed\, the members of the Merrill’s Marauders will be receiving the Congressional Gold Medal.  Spencer passed away a couple years ago\, so they will be presenting the award to his wife\, Ludmilla.  It also happens to be Ludmilla’s 88th birthday.  Come join the ceremony and have some cake to celebrate.  It will be at the Clarks VFW.
