Join the Community Development Agency of the Village of Clarks and South Central Economic Development District for a Ribbon Cutting at the first SPEC house built with the Rural Workforce Housing Funds from the Department of Economic Development.  Governor Jim Pillen will be here doing the Ribbon Cutting.  The Comm. Development Agency will then have an Open House until 6 p.m.
